Our Story

We are a team of professionals that grew up in different parts of the world, but all were in love with playing sports. Through the years, we polished our athletic skills and gained knowledge all over the world. We are ready now to share this knowledge and experience with the next generations of athletes.

Nataliia played volleyball in over 17 countries and experienced coaching approaches from the top European and North American coaches. This helped her meet friends from the most successful teams all over the world which now opened an opportunity of signing contracts for younger players through the trusted relationships

At the same time, Luke was studying human biomechanics and developing the right approach to training athletes with physiologically correct movements that minimize the negative impacts on the overall health of the athlete. He multiplied his knowledge by earning certifications in the neurological rehabilitation technique P-DTR which helps our athletes with injury prevention and injury rehabilitation.

We plan to expand our team and add more professionals in order to provide better service and make changes in coaching.

Our mission is to provide a comprehensive learning environment for younger athletes. One that mentors athletes with the right movement fundamentals, provides advice on volleyball IQ development strategies, exposes players to international volleyball talent, and helps them recover quickly after injuries.

Luke Kosowan

Neurological rehab therapist & fitness coach

EXPERIENCE – BSc Kin, CSEP-CPT, P-DTR Advanced Practitioner, RMT

Luke has 15 years of experience as a Kinesiologist and Personal Trainer. His observations of clients’ experience with dysfunction and pain in his sessions led him to seek out becoming an Advanced Practitioner of P-DTR. He was the first in Canada to receive this certification and is known as the most experienced P-DTR practitioner in all of Canada. With this certification, he has focused on treating youth athletes and their sports injuries for the past five years. Luke most recently completed his education to become a registered massage therapist and is looking forward to adding these manual skills to his treatment approach.

Luke’s treatment philosophy when working with young athletes is to focus on the main problem, but also look at the body as a whole to make the body more efficient, improve performance and prevent future injury. His lifelong participation in soccer, basketball and tennis, and his 15 years as a personal trainer have provided him with the background in sports to truly understand the challenges his patients may have when it comes to injury in sports and in the fitness centre.

Luke’s expertise is working with the nervous system using P-DTR. This unique approach to treating the nervous system is a brand new perspective in the rehabilitation field. It allows for rapid assessment of the issue, and treats the root cause of musculoskeletal issues, instead of simply treating the symptoms.
